Show Results
Baarrooka has been showing since purchasing our first suris. While we love the social aspect of showing and use shows to benchmark our animals against other lines, we do not make breeding decisions on show results. Rather, we use a range of scientifically measured criteria to meet our breeding objectives.
We generally participate in the following shows each year:
- Canberra Royal - February
- Wodonga (regional) - March
- Sydney Royal - April
- Alpacafest, Werribee (regional) - June
- International Fleece Show - irregularly
- Bendigo Sheep & Wool Show (Royal level) - July
- Colourbration (Royal level) - August/September
- National Alpaca Show - October
- Wangaratta (regional) - October
- Bendigo (regional)- October
- Alexandria (regional) - November
