The Wines

The Baarrooka Wine Company is committed to growing and producing premium quality wine. Our aim is to produce wines which reflect the soils and climate of the Strathbogie Ranges, as well as particular conditions encountered in each growing season. 

Our vineyard programs are focussed on producing low-yielding high quality grapes of optimum ripeness and flavour. We will only release wines made from selected clones of these high quality grapes when the conditions are optimal. This will ensure our wines are consistently full-flavoured, well balanced and capture varietal characters, but also means that all varieties will not necessarily be produced in all years.
